Lift Bro is a customizable application for you to track your lifts how you want. Group them by types of such as squats, deadlifts, and dumbbells then think about your variations from front squats to sumo deadlifts to overhead shoulder press and many more. Then you can take it a step further and set different colours for each type.
Using the calendar view you can quickly flip between what you did today and your last workout or last week depending on your program. Use the colours so you can quickly see within the calendar which days you did which lifts. You can also use the list tab to see your overall progress for any lift variation.
