About this app

This application provides introductory videos for owners and operators of Lift eFoils to learn how use your electric hydrofoil surfboard, plus tips to keep eFoils in peak condition. In addition, activation of your eFoil, board diagnostics, and firmware updates are all done through this app. You can also contact our team for support and troubleshooting directly from within the app.

- Pair the board with your app to Activate your board and get set up to ride.

- Activate your board and get set up to ride. Update board firmware to enable the Lift eFoil and get started riding.

- Once you pair & update your firmware you’ll be able to turn on and start riding your eFoil.

- Run diagnostics on you efoil board and capture battery statistics

- Troubleshoot issues and contact support when issues arise directly from the app.

Ratings and reviews

This app hasn't worked for me. It installs/runs without issues, but connecting to my board and remote has been a waste of time. It has connected to both just long enough to flash a connected message, then immediately disconnects. If the app is the recommended way to get support, I hope that is still an option when it can't pull any data. The app says my phone is fully compatible with it. Using someone else's iPhone results in a connection but the data on battery cycles is totally wrong. ☹️

I love Lift eFoils, they're the best you can buy. Why Lift refuses to fix this useless app is beyond me. The latest update broke all functionality of the app. It won't connect to the hand controllers, to the boards--even the latest version of the board--and the video tutorials won't play. Like I said, ALL functionality is broken. I've tried devices of varying age and brand, none work.

App doesn't connect to my Lift3 or controller. I've tried in installing and reinstalling. No luck. All other Bluetooth apps and devices work just fine. Phone and apps are fully updated. No response from Lift support either.
