About this app

Every other gym app wants an account, a subscription and 80 MB of your phone.
Liftmaxx wants none of that. Open it, pick a plan, lift.

A gym workout tracker built for the thirty seconds you actually have between
sets: big buttons you can hit with chalk on your hands, in a dark theme that
won't blind you in a badly lit corner of the gym.

WHAT IT DOES

• Daily gym plan — start from a ready-made routine or build your own. 5x5,
Upper / Lower, Push Pull Legs and more, there on first launch.
• Fast set logging — a weight dial and +/- buttons sized for sweaty fingers.
One tap marks a set done.
• Rest timer — starts itself the moment you finish a set. Vibrates and notifies
when rest is over, even with the screen off.
• Beat the rest — a block-stacking game that runs only while the timer runs.
It ends when your rest ends. That's the whole point.
• Share card — turn a finished session into a poster, add a selfie, send it
straight to Instagram Stories.
• Notes and tasks — the small things worth keeping: a cue that worked, a machine
setting, what to try next week.
• Unit-agnostic weights — the app shows the number, you decide whether it's kg
or lb. No conversion, no arguing.

WHAT IT DOESN'T DO

• No account. No email, no password, no "sign in with". Install and start.
• No subscription. No paywall in front of your own workout history.
• No cloud. Your workout log lives on your phone and stays there.
• No feed, no friends, no streak guilt.
• No bloat. Under 3 MB installed.

WORKS OFFLINE

Basement gym, dead signal, aeroplane mode — the workout log, the rest timer and
your history all work with no connection.
Gym workout tracker with rest timer. Works offline, no account, under 3 MB.
