Welcome to the new LightspeedDMS app!

The LightspeedDMS app is a new convenient way of accessing your dealership information to help manage your business anywhere, anytime on your Android device. It provides a fast, intuitive, and secure mobile integration to the LightspeedDMS dealer management system. The LightspeedDMS app is available free of charge to all dealers running the hosted LightspeedDMS application. Features will display based on modules purchased.

INSTALL
The Lightspeed app is only available to hosted LightspeedDMS customers. To see if your dealership is ready for mobile access, check for your Dealer ID and Remote Authorization Password found in the LightspeedDMS desktop application under the Help - System Info menu. You will need to enter this information only once when using the application for the first time. Each subsequent time upon entering the application you will be asked for your LightspeedDMS username and password.

App is garbage! Most of the time, I can't upload pics to the job lines. The icons just keep spinning, trying to upload. Also has an issue when trying to locate work orders. The keypad will flash then go away and never gives to option to type in your text to get to the work order. I've left the app on overnight to see if it will load. Nothing....Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing...Save yourself the time and delete this mess

Not a fan of this app. comes with Alot of lagging. struggles to upload media. tends to freeze and crash quite often. when it's time for updates to the app it always causes major disruptions and inoperable for hours. I do like the apps easy accessibility to all information within each individual R/O. has potential to be great. but for now it's just ok on a good day.

Horribly unstable app. very disappointing that you can't spend more time to make the app functional. I spent countless time on the phone and your chat online with your techs and all they can have me do is delete the cache and try and log in again. super disappointing based on the amount of money we pay for the base programming on our desktops. we've decided to look elsewhere for a system. best of luck
