Exceptionally poor localization. My app setting is English but almost everything is in Thai. If something goes wrong, good luck getting help, you're given a million options to choose from in Thai instead of an actual chat. Select the wrong one you get booted. Select the right one, someone only speaking Thai will message you and then close the chat. Also orders are frequently cancelled, 0 stars.

So they gave me a number of coupons as a new customer. After my very first order, the remaining ones disappeared. The T&C DID NOT specify that I had to choose one. Seriously thought those were for me to use as sort of a gift to new customers. The English T&C was vaguely and badly, uncharacteristically of a global company. App doesn't even show what vouchers I own. Have to click on a restaurant to see them. They need brains. What a way to lose potential customers.

Auto-translation to english is not sufficient in most areas; app crashes when trying to add delivery instruction notes to order in progress; less available drivers compared to other popular food delivery apps. Good app otherwise. For non-locals, your best bet is to screenshot whatever you are looking at and then open that pic in Google Lens for translation. Not recessary with competing apps like Grab and Food Panda.
