been ordering on it since I downloaded it like 3 months ago. no issues at all. today I ordered like usual. After an hour, there was some kind of issue, driver arrived to store, picked up the order, drove towards me but completely passed by and missed my location. so i called him and he said he didn't get there anyway. so i called the app support, they confirmed that the driver is almost there. 30 mins later, no driver, no food, just an apology on the app. Worst delivery experience I've ever had.

Unfortunately, my experience with these applications has been unsatisfactory. They often exhibit a lack of professionalism and tend to arrive later than expected. Additionally, attempts to contact support frequently go unanswered, as indicated by the message remaining marked with a single tick.

please fix it ! it won't open most of the time and it freezes while you're ordering something
