the app is straight up trash. I wish there was another way to get my tickets so I don't have to worry about the app working when I get to the venue. The workflow includes setting up accounts with multiple different sites and or companies and the accounts don't work with password managers so you can end up in a loop of constantly trying to figure out which password it's actually asking for.

I know I'm old fashioned in that I prefer to be able to print my tix in advance... especially when travelling to a different country for an event. But the fact that there was NO option to save/print/screenshot is kind of amazing. Once there, the wifi was so bad it took forever to get the internet. Then they sent a TEXT msg to verify that it's me trying to access my tickets. I can't get texts in London on my US phone. LOL. Looking back the ridiculousness of it is amusing.. not so much at the time

After a long time trying to sign in, resetting password...I made new password which met their requirements. EXCEPT they don't say ONLY one number. I put in new password with four numbers. Then got the message saying my password has changed. When I tried to log in, it failed. After much trying, I tried another new password with one number only. This time it worked and I can get my tickets on my phone. Would be easier if they told you if you put in more than one digit, it will not work.
