IgeBlock is an app that allows you to watch videos without ads, watch videos in audio mode, and watch videos in a pop-up player while using other apps.

Ratings and reviews

Not finding the notifications and can't put a video on any playlist beyond Watch Later. "You're offline. Check your connection." it says while obstructing the full screen option as every video I select plays without issue. Edit: Updated fairly recently, and its functionality is reduced compared to before, taking multiple tries to get the standard options like pause to show up, and that's after I'm waiting to close the ad that comes up.

Generally works, but current update still has a odd glitch where app will stay on the loading screen if you close it & reopen for the 2nd time. I found a workaround by simply keeping the PIP screen or app active in the background, after logging in the first time. If my phone accidentally closes it, I reinstall and keep it open for as long as possible again. App still great for blocking YT ads, but can see why it may not be for everybody at the moment.

It's pretty good. As far as I know, the best YouTube viewer for mobile. But it's missing a few things. Such as RSS feed for favorited channels when not logged in. I will not log into YouTube for their guilty until proven innocent practices, and having no one to talk to about it. It's also missing a way to sort search results by filters, or search just a specific channel. It has a very small amount of ads. You will watch less than one per day. It's a really fair way to do something like this.
