The app isn't terrible. it glitches sometimes when ordering. Sometimes wont add items to the cart, and i have to go back. sometimes it loses connection and I have to go through and add the items back to my cart. it normally has issues when it comes to the payment screen. adding a card is a bit of a hassle. its not bad though once you work through the little bugs and issues

Made a purchase online order, and was absolutely pissed off. After getting home found there were no fries in the 2 dinners. Instead there were extra servings of hush puppies. Pulled the receipt to find a hand written note saying out of fries added extra hush puppies. Nothing was said at the time of pick up. This was not what was ordered or wanted. If something had been said when the order was given out, fries could have been changed to a different side. I want 2 dinners with what I want.

There was a promotion on the app that said BUY ONE VARIETY PLATTER, GET ONE FREE. So I decided to give it a try. The app clearly showed the discount applied. Yet, when I got to the store and looked at my receipt I was shocked to see I was charged full price instead. I'll be deleting the app. It’s disappointing that they can’t honor what they’re promoting, it's misleading and unfair.
