Can't log in to the app. Instead of using a password, they want to send a passcode via email but I never receive it. Tried over a week ago, tried again today, same situation. I checked my email, it's correct because trying to register my email again, I get notified the account already exists. I am in solid wifi connection and my phone is a Pixel 7 Pro. Yes, I checked the spam folder as well. It also says my phone number can't be found. Same with the website. I'm just locked out of everything now

The 'Rewards & Offers' section of the app does not load. I've set my phone's screen timeout to 10min, let it sit there trying to load, and it locked itself without this section ever loading. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling it a couple times and does the same thing with each attempt. App is entirely pointless to have if the main reason you would use it doesn't load.

They have an offer for free individual fries with a $5 purchase. Offer ends 7/06. Ive done this offer once about a month ago. Ive been through the menu loads of times. They removed the individual fries from the menu so they don't have to give out free fries! Ive taken screenshots. And just an FYI I don't need to update the app. Terrible scam!
