The LG&E, KU and ODP mobile app is provided at no cost to customers (residential and most small businesses) and gives you the ability to pay your bill, view bill and payment history, set up bill reminders and paperless billing, view monthly usage, report and track power outages, manage your account, and more. Access your account(s) with ease - securely log in utilizing password, face ID™ or fingerprint/touch ID™.

getting better... this is the first time that it took me less than 15 minutes to pay my bill. the password system finally did not forget my password, and i can now set a default location, instead of selecting from a list of all the accounts i have ever had, every single time. while i love the progress... i am angry that it took this long to get it right!

Didn't take the payment on time. Now, we have to pay a ridiculous amount for electric bill. LG&EUK says it's this apps fault, They closed the office near me so now I'm stuck with a half-assed app or calling. This is a 3rd party vendor and they said it's better to call than to use this app, which I find hilarious .

So everytime I pay my bill on the app and I use my acct number and routing number about 4days later it is returned back that it was not paid which is another charge for coming back to me and the money is in my acct and the acct number and routing number IS correct. But when I use my debit card numbers it comes out instantly and works just fine. Also all the fees u get charged for is incredibly ridiculous!! I shouldn't be charged $6 to return my payment that didn't go thru bc yalls app don't work
