About this app

Every win on the record, in one filed place.

The job you hold, the ones before it - Meritfile is the evidence log for all of them. What you shipped, what it changed, who saw it, and the STAR story behind it - typed in by hand, kept on the device.

No account. No sign-in. No cloud. The record stays with you.

THE RECORD - ONE FILE PER JOB
- Where you were, in what role, and when - as the record should read it.
- Wins stay on the log: the kind (shipped, saved, led, fixed, praised, learned), the one-line title, what happened, the difference it made, and who saw it.
- Dates and numbers render in your device's own locale, in 24 languages.

THE STAR WRITER
- From any win: the situation, the task, the action, the result - the story an interview or a review actually asks for.
- Written by you, from what is already on the record - nothing else.

THE PACK
- Meritfile assembles the review pack straight from the record: the period's wins, the difference they made, and the STAR stories behind them - written out, ready to copy and take in.
- When a pack is assembled, that is all it is: your record, in order. Meritfile doesn't score your work, and it doesn't advise on your career.

FREE AND PRO, PLAINLY
Free keeps one job, with its full record - the log, the pack preview, and the STAR writer.
Meritfile Pro keeps the whole career: every job on the record, with the pack assembler (this year or all time, every job in one pack). One payment, billed once a year through Google Play.

NOTHING ELSE
No ads. No accounts. No analytics. No network permission at all - the record never touches the internet. Meritfile keeps what you tell it, on the device, where the work happened.
