Every booking you take, moved through its life in one place - booked, shot, editing, delivered - with the three things photographers actually lose money on kept where the job is:

- The shot list. The shots you must not miss, section by section: prep, ceremony, portraits. Tick them off in the room.

- The delivery checklist. Cull the take, edit the selects, gallery up, album designed. What has to happen before the job counts as delivered.

- The rights register. Who may use what, where, for how long - uses, scope, term - recorded per client, per job, in writing.
