In my last review here, I requested more information availability at all stages, so we can still verify that we picked up the right items after accepting a pickup in the app. The app developers added much more persistent information access, while still preserving the system's protection against accidentally going to destinations in the wrong order. I'm very thankful that they listened to feedback and kept upgrading the app. It could be better at handling disconnections without discarding inputs.

I was invoiced for rider gear (499czk) and then charged again (499czk) for two bags. There is no support team to help and they put you a circular system saying "you are a new rider, you must go through the app to help with this" but there is NO help within the app. i wonder if every single rider is being charged double for gear. i was also never told at the beginning that i would have to pay for gear and certainly not told about double charges.

Got update like every 10 days, but the app are getting worse day by day. The navigation sucks, now I can not see any area name on app.
