I used this app and ended up losing access to my phone because I couldn't remember the "pattern" that I NEVER even made for it, so I had to reset my phone and lost alot of my VERY IMPORTANT pictures of my parents that I am not ever going to be able to replace. I also lost contacts, music/ringtones, apps, and more because I was required to enter a pattern or pin that I had never even used for the app. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Customer service was not helpful at all either.

Lost access to basic lookout after update. Now all I see is an option to pay for upgrade. The desktop version can no longer locate my phone either even though I'm signed in an the app installed. UPDATE: No the X is grayed out and it wont allow a click or tap. I cleared the cache and restarted the app and it took me right back to the upgrade offer. I finally got it to go away but it wasn't able to X out.

Got premium through my carried but was forced to sign up trial on PremiumPLUS, and could not finish setup until I sign up through Google Play. Many features seems to be part of Premium but got taken away. Edited: the 'X' at the top-right corner didn't register the touch unless you have tiny finger (maybe use your pinky) that you can get to the edge of the corner. Good luck passing the fine motor skills test.
