About this app

The Loop11 app allows you to participate in usability testing studies ran by design companies from around the world. This app will open when you start a usability test for which you have been provided a link to.

The app will record your interactions with the test website and provide anonymous data back to the company running the user testing study.

I came from Prolific...and all the tasks I was assigned were downright impossible to start, because of Google detecting unusual activity, and after doing the captcha, it stated that the URL / Index was not on their server. One of the very few studies I had to return due to it being broken.

I have been using this app to do surveys for costomer journey 360 and I have been done 44 surveys and the study was supposed to end after 180 days and still I have tried contacting them and not a email back or a phone call or anything. Be aware that this is a total waste of time. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

OMG I installed this for a study for a big corp. I don't think they know how dreadful it is. They will now. Incredible time waiting between screens. Crashing. Slow slow slow. I always try to be constructive. There is no positives for this. I'm amazed it's being used by any company. Avoid at all costs
