I think everyone's comments are plausible. I both like and don't like the New App. The old App had some good perks and an okay interface. The New one has a lot of Features that often make it hard to know what or where but I enjoy the interface. Overall, I think it's one of the better completely virtual banking options out there hence why I rate it at 4. PS. I have tried all online banking options except I&M

Guys, why do you update an app without doing proper testing. I was able to use the previous version of the app but now once I login the home page is blank. I was advised to clear cache and data but nothing doing. Was also advised to reinstall the app. Which I did. But the same error persists. This is really inconveniencing seeing that you also don't have ussd. How are we supposed to transact if you are limiting us to an app which is not consistent?

This app is frustrating; it has a lot of improvements to make before it can compete with banks like I&M. It keeps asking me to turn on Wi-Fi even though I’m using mobile data, repeatedly sends OTPs, and then won’t open the keyboard to enter them. I'm beyond bored with it right now.
