I registered in the Loop app, spent time entering my information and adding my card, and received a reward — everything seemed smooth and convenient. Pretends to give freebies but there's no way to claim it because of a bug on the app. You need to show a barcode to the cashier in order to claim the freebie, but when you click on the button, it doesn't work and it just takes to the home page. Loop employee doesn't even want to believe me that there's a bug in the app, and they accused me of having already claimed it. Please make the app better, or hire better QA Engineers/Testers.

Seems to be a dysfunctional app, run by a dishonest company. I used it to buy some car washes at a Shell station, but the app failed to generate any wash codes, so I couldn't actually use them. The attendant was unable to help me, so I called Loop customer service (they never answer the phone) and left a message; I also went to their website and wrote them a message. No response to either. They just took my money and ran.
