Ratings and reviews

Since the new update, I cannot make any purchases or play the online games. Never had a problem until recently. I tried calling 1800 # and all I get is recent draw numbers and never got anyone to help. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, with no new results. I also attempted to login from the internet. Same problems or error messages. I can add funds without a problem, but i cannot spend it! Very frustrating!!

I am also having the same location services issue preventing me from making a purchase. CONSIDERING THAT I CAN USE THE MAP FUNCTION IN THE APPLICATION it proves that the only place it doesn't work is to check out. I am also annoyed that the pop-up says that I should call the support number, but doesn't allow me to click on the number to dial, or even to copy the number.

Unlike other apps that saves your log in information, this one does not. You have to log in every time. So annoying. Also it seems like everytime I try to use the app I am prompted to update the app. Why so frequent update is beyond me. When I select to do update I am prompted to either uninstall the app or open it. Opening it prompts me to update which keeps looping between opening or uninstalling so I finally gave up and uninstalled and install. So frustrating. 😞)i(
