Loviam is a dating app. Everyone has the same access: no features are reserved for specific accounts, no counters empty, and no profile jumps to the top.
NO ONE CAN WRITE TO YOU WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION
A message is only possible between two people who have liked each other. There's no open messaging, no "super message" that forces its way in, no option to circumvent the rule. This is the first thing women ask when we show the app to them, and it's the only answer that matters: the rule is in the code, not a promise.
BLOCK AND REPORT IN TWO STEPS
Every profile and every conversation has both buttons. Blocking takes effect immediately: the person disappears from your profile and can no longer contact you. A report is reviewed by a human.
HOW IT WORKS
You browse profiles around you, keep them, or skip them. When the feeling is mutual, the conversation begins. You choose your city, your radius, your age range, and refine your search with what matters to you. See who liked you, write messages, revisit a profile: all of this is available to all accounts.
YOUR DATA REMAINS YOURS
The servers are located in France. No data is sold. No advertising trackers are currently deployed. Your location is only recorded in the city you specify, never continuously tracked. Your data can be exported with a single click, and your account can be deleted immediately from the app. The day the app becomes ad-supported, you'll read about it here before you see it in the app.
LOVIAM IS NEW, AND IT'S WORTH BEING AWARE
The app has just launched. Depending on your city, you may encounter few people in the first few days, and we prefer to tell you this now rather than leave it to you to discover. Arriving early has its downsides, but also its advantages: profiles don't get lost in the crowd, and initial conversations happen without competition. Inviting singles you know is what makes the biggest difference these days.
WHAT LOVIAM DOESN'T DO
No "boosted" profiles. No bots messaging you to get you to come back. No fake accounts created by us to populate the app: what you see is real.
ONLY FOR ADULTS
Registration is prohibited for those under 18, and search criteria never go below that age.
Loviam is available in sixteen languages and works on both phones and computers.
