There's a bug in the app. any time I try to add extended services like hook up, it kicks me off the app, and the app shuts down.

I wouldn't even give it 1 star but there is nothing lower. This app is the worst delivery app in any market. It crashes daily. You can't close out all of your stops, which means you don't get paid, Stops constantly disappear, if you are outside of a metro area the app doesn't work, but the worst part is is that it will act like it is working and you are going about your day then a manager says "Where are you?" and now you have done 5-6 stops with NO proof that you did them. Lowes you need to go back to Dispatch Tracks... at least it functioned properly

This whole app stinks. I used this version since the other version isn't compatible I had nothing but trouble from the get go start to finish. I like Lowe's products for the most part. I can't do a lot of traveling to get to a store so I was using the online shopping. You changed it all and now I guess I will be going somewhere else. Just simply awful!
