This app is a battery eater...huge drain on the battery. For the last 2 weeks, non of the assets are available, you have to manually enter them. Huge battery drainer. Numerous times I have finished my deliveries, closed them out, completed the run and logged out...and within 20min to 2 hours later, someone from management is asking me to close out my last stop.

I wouldn't even give it 1 star but there is nothing lower. This app is the worst delivery app in any market. It crashes daily. You can't close out all of your stops, which means you don't get paid, Stops constantly disappear, if you are outside of a metro area the app doesn't work, but the worst part is is that it will act like it is working and you are going about your day then a manager says "Where are you?" and now you have done 5-6 stops with NO proof that you did them. Lowes you need to go back to Dispatch Tracks... at least it functioned properly

constantly have to re-install the app daily to get it to load the routes. freezes without service. makes stops take longer. 5/4/26 update. constantly ask for permissions still freezes. consistently fails to complete routes. all in all, still utter slop. no stars.
