Horrible experience so far - unable to login on phone, help desk is no help. still trying, but not hopeful

I can't even open my app now because it requires a thumbprint and my phone has trouble with that technology.

I can sign in on-line on my computer, but the app doesn't recognize ANY user name or password I try to enter. I can't even figure out what my user name and password is in my account on-line and I have entered every combination I can think of. the Lowe's account sites are generally horrible and hard to navigate. This app doesn't appear to be associated at all with your actual account and trying to request username and password doesn't work. I may just cancel the account altogether.
