One Network has a very efficient customer service team that can be accessed via email, app and 1313 Helpline. By downloading this M-Tag One network app, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Customer Service Agreement relevant to your account, M-Tag App Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Our M-Tag Application collects, discloses and uses your personal information and how you may contact us in relation to your personal information. M-Tag registration facility is available in 26 registration centers; however, M-Tag account recharge can be done via MasterCard or Visa enabled Debit/ Credit Cards using the M-Tag One Network Application.

I use this app every time I travel on the motorway. Checking balance and journey details is much easier now — highly recommended for everyone who wants a quick, cashless way to pay tolls.

Pathetic App. whenever try to recharge it says "Session Expired". Most of the times I pay extra by cash because it doesn't work during travel. If you can't manage then delete it so that we don't need to pay cash and make sure to recharge before entering Motorway.

After the recent update, a warning appears stating: “We could not complete your request. Try again or contact assistance. Try again later.” It seems a plan to revert to manual toll tax collection. If so, this could result in people being charged twice. This situation is very disappointing. If the system cannot be properly maintained, please do not create panic or inconvenience for the public. This feels similar to the previously launched Excise app “Zama KP,” disappeared from the store.
