By downloading this M-Tag One network app, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Customer Service Agreement relevant to your account, M-Tag App Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Our M-Tag Application collects, discloses and uses your personal information and how you may contact us in relation to your personal information. M-Tag registration facility is available in 26 registration centers; however, M-Tag account recharge can be done via MasterCard or Visa enabled Debit/ Credit Cards using the M-Tag One Network Application.

Very disappointing experience. The “Add New Card” option is not working. As soon as I tap on “Add New Card”, an error appears and the app does not even allow me to enter my card details. The app has also been updated, but the same issue still exists. I have already contacted support, but the problem remains unresolved. Please fix this technical issue urgently.

App does not provide toll history more than 10 entries. A simple Date range UI can be given to download history. I can't understand that What is the reason of limitations. All employees need their travel history for claims but who will tell the developer that this core functionality is missing from this app. 1Many peoples already asking for history. Whatsapp support number is also not working. 1313 is also useless, always busy, waiting time is too much. Pathetic cuatomer care

I am giving a 1-star review because using 1Bill and PSID for government payments feels like getting gouged by hidden transaction fees. Instead of making digital payments seamless, state-backed mechanisms tack on undisclosed extra charges at the end. Forcing citizens to pay surprise surcharges on basic government bills reflects poor transparency and exploitative payment handling. Extra fees must be declared clearly upfront rather than hidden behind administrative channels.
