One Network has a very efficient customer service team that can be accessed via email, app and 1313 Helpline. By downloading this M-Tag One network app, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Customer Service Agreement relevant to your account, M-Tag App Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Our M-Tag Application collects, discloses and uses your personal information and how you may contact us in relation to your personal information. M-Tag registration facility is available in 26 registration centers; however, M-Tag account recharge can be done via MasterCard or Visa enabled Debit/ Credit Cards using the M-Tag One Network Application.

Complete waste of time. I am trying to create an account, but it keeps giving me an error saying "No M-Tag found against provided details" and won't let me proceed. How am I supposed to register or check my details if the app won't even let me sign up? Please fix this registration bug ASAP.

Alhamdulillaah, a good app. I recommend to include the expiry date of the M-Tag in it... I went to the booth last week, and they said that my Tag would not be needing renewal at this time .... upon inquiring they also said that it will be active for next 2 to 3 years.... I hope so.... but I request to put the expiry iff you would be needing any renewal on time .... Thank you

very bad experience have tried countless times to sign up but each time it says "we couldn't complete your request". even the Whatsapp is non responsive. Have been struggling to sign up for last three days but each time it says,"We couldn't complete your request. Try again or contact assistance, and I can't even contact any assistance".
