One Network has a very efficient customer service team that can be accessed via email, app and 1313 Helpline. By downloading this M-Tag One network app, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Customer Service Agreement relevant to your account, M-Tag App Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Our M-Tag Application collects, discloses and uses your personal information and how you may contact us in relation to your personal information. M-Tag registration facility is available in 26 registration centers; however, M-Tag account recharge can be done via MasterCard or Visa enabled Debit/ Credit Cards using the M-Tag One Network Application.

Ratings and reviews

Recharge via card payments consistently fails. Half of the time app fails to login after entering pin. After every two or three app updates, have to clear app data and cache to get it to recognize my credentials. Please field test your app properly before releasing it.

Balance transfer menu is good, but amount Selection option not available, due to which whole Balance amount transferred instead of my choice amount. For example I have Rs.5,000 Balance and I want to transfer Rs.1,000, but this option not available. whole amount automatically transferred. pls resolve this issue on priority. Thanks

Very poor response as there is a glitch in Android APK to add new Credit Card for payment. I have been highlighting the problem through personal email and calls through Help lines etc for the past 7 to 8 months but no response.
