One Network has a very efficient customer service team that can be accessed via email, app and 1313 Helpline. By downloading this M-Tag One network app, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Customer Service Agreement relevant to your account, M-Tag App Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Our M-Tag Application collects, discloses and uses your personal information and how you may contact us in relation to your personal information. M-Tag registration facility is available in 26 registration centers; however, M-Tag account recharge can be done via MasterCard or Visa enabled Debit/ Credit Cards using the M-Tag One Network Application.

Ratings and reviews

Nothing special can be expected from this app as of now. However a few suggestions for developers for the betterment of this app are 1. Recharge other vehicle option should also be saved in payment history so if we need to recharge that mtag, it should be readily available. 2. Some incentives should be given time and again to the online recharge customers (e.g. cashback, 10% off etc).

Can't log in since weeks now. "Check your internet connection and try again" msg displays everytime while logging in, although the connection is just fine for all other apps. Then the app goes into an endless processing loop. Needs a fix.

The sign-up function seems to be experiencing some issues, which has been a bit frustrating. This has been my least enjoyable experience with this app so far. Recharging through easypaisa was incredibly convenient, but unfortunately, M Tag has discontinued this service.
