While support can take a little bit to get back to me on some issues, they've always resolved every issue. I've claimed 3 gift cards already, with fairly light use, so that's been nice. I do have some suggestions for the devs though. More category options for sorting the games, and please add a search button for games. Overall a very pleasant experience

Overall it's a great platform, it has a variety of games to choose from, it pays out quickly and it's easier than other platforms on getting gems plus I like the extras that you can win!!! However, can the Luckmon team fix the problem of where it restarts on it's own? I've tried a few different game's and a couple of them like the drilling game restarts everytime the platform restarts!!! Very aggravating!!!! Please address this issue soon.... Thank's

Recent issues with the new update As of the recent update there have been some complications, specifically with the slot machine. A glitch occurs when getting the mascot. It brings you to the "avoid the jester" portion, but before you even have the chance to play, a bug occurs where it displays the "that was a shield" and proceeds to get rid of one of your shields. All without you doing anything. If you could fix this bug that would be much appreciated.
