At Luke Doctor, physician freedom is a priority. No third parties dictate the rules between the professional and the person hiring the service. The physician can accept or negotiate appointments with patients and institutions. He can provide services however and wherever he wants: with or without an office, at home or via telemedicine. Each service request from a patient or hospital can be individually assessed by the professional and priced accordingly. And all this without any contract or loyalty! The physician buys credits and these credits are only spent when a deal is closed with a patient or institution. Payment for the service is always made directly to the physician by the person who hired him, without the need to go through the app, creating potential delays in receiving payment.
