Ratings and reviews

The app has become terrible after the new update. The search functionality is very poor. Even the item that is available in stock does not appear in searches. It is difficult to always keep going to each category of product , and scroll down to select the required item. Online shopping is supposed to make the process easier rather than cumbersome. Also, most of the items are shown as out of stock.

1. Worst grocery app. Everytime I open this app, it has to be updated. 2. Very poor customer service. Delivery men are rude. They will come whenever they want, mostly late, as if they do not care whether you're waiting or what. I have experienced several times accepting my goods past the scheduled hour. Also, there were instances that some of the items are missing or noted as 'out of stock', and the refunding process was so difficult to deal with, for which their responses were always late.

Very bad app. Not working well; at checkout you will discover after spending too much time choosing your items; that each section has separate checkout with individual delivery charge and at the end you can't complete your checkout and the whole app. Is a fake one. Till now in June 2024, still saying application under construction, why you make non working application for 4 years. Edited at Sept. 2024, still not working app.
