App is very useful when buying, changing or just checking bus tickets. However, it almost always crashes when I wanna check my profile and then logs me out, requiring me to log in again. I still like it for handling tickets, however I am only able to use some of the properties of the app.

Session expires often and app logs me out. Not good when it happens while boarding the bus. Also the app would be more useful when frequent journeys are quickly selectable, instead of showing some random popular lines. I like the round trip discounts. But this is not specific to app.

Poor UX. Too many bugs. Adding ticket to wallet doesn't work, can't grab card details from google pay, have to enter card manually, adding payment card throws an error, input lag between typing and symbols appearing on the screen, inconsistent translation, and many more issues :(
