I am a regular user of this application. Application is very good. But it is good in the fair class page before continuing with the payment if the date and time of both inbound and outbound date and time chosen is displayed. because otherwise we have to go back and then keep collecting again and then come back. thank you very much.

App is very useful when buying, changing or just checking bus tickets. However, it almost always crashes when I wanna check my profile and then logs me out, requiring me to log in again. I still like it for handling tickets, however I am only able to use some of the properties of the app.

Poor UX. Too many bugs. Adding ticket to wallet doesn't work, can't grab card details from google pay, have to enter card manually, adding payment card throws an error, input lag between typing and symbols appearing on the screen, inconsistent translation, and many more issues :(
