App is very useful when buying, changing or just checking bus tickets. However, it almost always crashes when I wanna check my profile and then logs me out, requiring me to log in again. I still like it for handling tickets, however I am only able to use some of the properties of the app.

App crashes frequently and logs me out, requiring me to log in again. However, when pressing the "log in" button, the app starts creating a new account for me, no log in option available.

Session expires often and app logs me out. Not good when it happens while boarding the bus. Also the app would be more useful when frequent journeys are quickly selectable, instead of showing some random popular lines. I like the round trip discounts. But this is not specific to app.
