Once was a brilliantly useful app with tons of great tools that helped me finally upload my whole stash to ravelry is now riddled with AI. The pooling calculator is saved from AI but is still useless with a filter on the results that doesn't even show any actual pools. Assuming it hasn't crashed. 2nd star only because it lets me turn off *most* of the AI features which is more than most companies do, but AI shouldn't have been added at all. Morality shouldn't be a patched-in button to toggle.

So far, the new app is very clean looking, and I like that the pattern information is easier to see. My favorite is that it shows people's projects easily with the yarn used. I always had to leave the app in order to really see other people's projects yarns used, technique, or other details that wouldn't show. I'm excited about the new version.

I love it. The database of patterns for knitting, crochet and ect is great to search for new ideas. Use favorites and tagging notes for patterns, I like. I can log my yarn stash and see what others might have used that particular yarn for. I can also, keep track of what needles or hooks I have. Track progress on patterns.

What’s new

Better feeds, row repeats, PDFs and project tools. The pooling calculator now shows every stitch count with improved previews and ranking. Add custom links to projects, filter friend activity, view archived topics, and enjoy smoother loading. AI features remain off by default. Weaving tools are now available in beta.
