This is the second time I have used this service and it could not be any easier to navigate the process they provide by giving you the option to split your rent with a choice of four payment plan options. The fee they charge to use this service is very reasonable and keeps you on track by helping you manage other bills that are due that same month. It's a great way for me to keep up with my monthly expenses without falling behind due to my rent installment plans makes such a big difference 4 me.

I really like being able to split my rent into 2, 3, or 4 payments, especially when money is really tight. Their fee is pretty reasonable unless you pay after business hours, which is 3pm to them and they charge an extra $20. In Texas, I always thought the end of the business day was 5pm or at least 4pm. Maybe they're in a different time zone. But that's the ONLY issue I have. Otherwise, I love the app.

This "service" looks good on the surface, but it's really a predatory fee trap. There's a fee for splitting your payment in the first place. The repayments take 3 or more days (not including weekends) to actually get drafted from your account after they're scheduled. So if the money that was available when the payment was scheduled isn't available when it's actually drafted days later, you get a failed payment notification and late fee. It's rigged and you're set up to fail.
