Title: A lifesaver for monthly rent! I have been using Livble since February of this year and it has helped me so much. It is a "pay in four" app specifically for rent, which is great when you don’t have the full amount ready all at once. Being able to make payments every two weeks makes it so much easier to manage my budget and stay on top of things. If you need a way to split up your biggest monthly bill, I highly recommend this app!

DO NOT USE. This system is a complete trap and scam. It's marketed to seem like a life saver and convenient but it's terrible. The amount of times I have to pay extra fees because the payments will cancel without any explanation is insane. I have ended up spending more money on my rent because of the excessive fees. They'll cancel your payments so you pay fees and act clueless when you confront them. They try blaming your bank when it's their system that sets you up to fail.

My biggest complaints with this app are that it doesn't account for the fact not everybody's rent is due on the 1st, or even in the first 10 days of the month, and the fees. My rent is due the 12th. It's not cool that I have to pay a bigger chunk to start instead of being able to equally divide my payments, simply because the app thinks I'm paying late. I also dont appreciate being charged a $40 fee on top of my $1300 rent. I understand the need for fees but that's an extreme amount. Do better.
