Great help when things occur that throws off paying rent on time. No worry of paying late now and it is an affordable option. Update: I've had great history using this app several times until today. I constantly got error messages that my bank account needed to be reconnected but for two days it would not reconnect. The AI customer support was zero help.

Honestly, this app has made paying rent so much easier. Being able to split my rent into smaller payments instead of having to pay everything at once takes a lot of stress off. The app is easy to use, and the payment process has been pretty straightforward. Definitely helpful if you’re trying to manage your monthly budget.

These folks really have made it easier to digest today's rent raking. I've used them for a year now and I probably won't rent from anyone that doesn't. Full flexibility. You decide how many payments to break it into, 2-4. You decide when the payments are made. T h ey keep you informed along the way to remind you of upcoming installments.
