There are currently two M1 apps available — My M1 and My M1+. For a seamless mobile experience, please take note of the following:

- Customers on M1 Bespoke Plans should use My M1+ app to manage your account for your new plan.
- If you are a postpaid or Fibre Broadband customer, please continue using My M1 app.

Keeps showing error message when logging in. When finally to log in it takes forever to load. The app use to perform much better with hardly any lag...the lag still appears when I uninstall and reinstall the app but when I try logging in during the off peak timing there is no more lag. Really appreciate that there is a real person monitoring the feedback and giving advice.

App keeps closing by itself whenever launched. Tried uninstall and reinstall multiple times. It works after reinstalled but for just once only. After that same problem happened again ie close by itself when launched. FYI my phone is Samsung S21. So i dont think it's the phone model issue. Perhaps, as a reputable teleco, M1 should really look into this issue seriously and tests it on multiple phones before launching the app again.

Can't even get the app started. It just keep crashing after loading M1 logo. Just sign up and can't use the app to activate the sim card.have to call M1 to manually activate. Haven't even start using the service then full of problem already. I have uninstall and reinstall, clear cache and data. It doesn't seem to fix the issue.Speak to your cso and all still the same. Keep on escalating but no fix. Tried mindy chat, 1627 and everything but no fix. Read through the review and many have same issue
