About this app

Monerujo was the first app for managing and using Monero wallets on Android. It is a light wallet: it uses remote nodes for synchronizing to the Monero blockchain while keeping all your private data on your device. You can run your own node at home or connect to nodes provided by the Monero community - it's up to you! Here's a list of features:

Too ancient. No Bluetooth support. It crashes too often. Syncing is unstable, slow and glitchy. Scan depth can only be set during wallet creation, but in the latest versions it seems the depth is ignored during scanning end even shows up as negative sometimes. For a download of the last 10 days it shows synchronized 3.5M blocks. 🤦‍♂️

Better than the alternatives imo, seems pretty stable, but: The interface is.. clumsy, have to press Back button to get from one wallet to another. I like that I can display wallet balance as a variety of currencies, but it'd be good to have a default preference which will be remembered when I return to it. And most maddening is that I can't see the full wallet balance, only the first 6 digits! I understand that these tiny fractions don't amount to much, and would accept that they aren't displayed by default, but I can't seem to find these details anywhere.

Probably a good app, I wouldn't know. After installing I went into the nodes section and it said it was bookmarking the 3 best nodes. Then I went back to the main screen where it froze. I force stopped the app and went back in to see that it was frozen again. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same issue. Tried using my mobile data instead of WiFi with the same result. I don't understand how it works for so many other people.
