Bookme is a scam app. My ticket was cancelled by them just day before the arrival date, After that, they said the refund would be processed within 48 working hours, which is completely unfair. Now more than 48 hours have passed, and I still have not received my payment. It seems like I will never get my money back. I lost my money. Poor Customer Service. not recommended to all.

Lack coordination with regard to availability of buses for which bookings are being carried out resulting into inconvenience to travellers. However, they are quick to respond on negative reviews and follow up for revision. They need to be pre-emptive instead of being reactive. Hope they will learn and improve service very soon.

Don't believe on this app especially Students this is too bad and fraud they don't inform you early if your travel or bus goes drop and don't refunds your payment at the time it hass been passed 2 to 3 weeks the haven't made my withdrawal complete when the refund money on my account. I had faced too much difficulties on terminal Finally if you wants to be humiliated then book your tickets trough this app thanks
