I usually don't install apps on my phone or use third party service. I must say that Bookme.pk is a great platform to make your life so easy while navigating through things whether it's flight tickets, local events or other activities. The website is free from glitches and it is so nicely maintained that it is an absolute delight to use. I highly recommend this platform and encourage using it to get best value for money. 5 star!!!!

Terrible experience with Bookme. My ticket was cancelled on 27 July, and my refund is still pending. I was told it would be transferred within 10 working days, but weeks later I’m still getting the same “top priority” excuse. Sometimes they don’t even reply, and on the helpline you can wait 15–20 minutes only to get vague, unclear information. Once your ticket is cancelled, don’t expect your refund back. Very disappointing service.

Very bad experience with Bookme. They don't properly verify with bus operators whether a service is running before allowing bookings. I booked a ticket, only to find out from the bus operator that buses were not running that day. I then had to request a refund. I was told it would take 10–12 days,I requested it on 13 August and today is 9 September, yet I still haven't received it. Support doesn't respond properly either. Very disappointing service.
