Monitoring the evolution of one's state of health and transmitting medical data to one's healthcare team becomes essential to the therapeutic monitoring of chronic illnesses.
Today Madoc Santé allows you to manually enter your constants or synchronize your connected objects to anticipate the risks of decompensation.

2 - Independent management of my medical file and updating of my health data
Thanks to Madoc Santé, you will be able to provide your history, consult your current treatments, download your prescriptions, make appointments with your medical team all in one place.
You become an actor in your health and can independently manage your medical file at home and anywhere else from your smartphone.

3 - Permanent or temporary access control to my medical file
Each medical data is a source of private information which must be controlled in its dissemination.
This is why at Madoc Santé, access to the patient's medical file will be authorized only by the patient (or caregiver) temporarily or permanently, following a prior request from the caregiver.
In the event of a life-threatening emergency, a window break may be granted to consult the patient's file via the DMP (Shared Medical File).

4 - Documentation and resources available to understand my pathology
So that each patient can better understand their pathology, Madoc Santé offers a set of therapeutic content in the form of videos, games, reading and audio.
Information must be accessible to everyone; it is an essential tool for patients who want to acquire therapeutic autonomy if the doctor has previously assessed their ability to do so.
