The application consistently prompts for a password change during the login process and initiates password reset procedures. I previously reported this issue, and the customer service response involved a brief, disconnected call.

Service in the cashier is very disappointing.I was in the line to make a payment when I approached the cashier name Cherry that was about to open and asked her if she's going to open so I can make a payment.She said No,so I stepped back to check other cashier and just a minute she started calling other customer and I was now in the end of the line that needs to wait.I am a paying customer too that deserves to be serve. I asked politely and this is the approach that was given?this is unacceptable

App automatically logs out every other day and then refuses to log in until we reset the password. All of this becomes too tedious when you are waiting at the billing counter and there are a plenty of customers behind u in line. So almost 40 percent of the time I have to let go of my share points for the purchases that I make. Update - The login issue has been resolved.
