The mA.I Health app enables users to collect, store, manage and share their health records. The user collects their own health records from their healthcare providers. The user stores these records and personal information (the user provides to set up their profile) in the app. The app has been built to HIPPA and GDPR security requirements under the AWS security framework. The user can collect, store, manage and share the healthcare records of their children under 16 years in accordance with New Zealand law. Each user over the age of 16 years is able to consent to another user to access and share their healthcare records. This consent can be revoked at any time. The user can share their healthcare records (& any health records they are permitted to share) with their healthcare providers.
The user is in full control of the information that is collected and stored on the app. No information is collected from or about the user without the user controlling the collection.
We do not handle any personal or sensitive information except for personally identifiable information, payment information, authentication information and age information of children to comply with New Zealand law and for app and service functionality and policy-conforming purposes. We do not handle any health data or Health Connect data.
