It's the best app for immigrants and thank you majority and I wish you add a feature to send money to US people and other payments app too

Worst app ever..... They have no phone number to reach anyone at, when you call it literally takes you through a couple options then it hangs up on you so you have to message through the app and their representatives... lets just say they are complicated And they are false advertising when they say your money is FDIC insured

Bad customer service experience. If a customer calls for concern or enquiry, it is rude for any of your Agents to hang up the call. The customer should be the one to end the call. Train your Agents. Bad customer service
