when it works its great. now that I have the Samsung Galaxy s10 it doesn't take pictures right. easiest way to describe is I have to hold the phone at a 90 degree angle from the receipt. it only takes about half of the receipt and the buttons to take the rest of it just turns the screen black. FIX NOW. At least it accepts the pic. But it is NOT formatted properly.

Doesn't work anymore. Used to work just fine, now everytime I try and take a picture of my receipt it crashes and has been doing so since a few months ago. I've tried EVERYTHING to try and get it to work, updating, clearing cache, switching phones and reinstalling. Bout' to get rid of it because it's honestly not worth the aggravation anymore, I'll just take the loss of what is in my account currently because it's not enough to cash out.

I am so confused by this app!!! I have been using cash back apps for years and I'm extremely familiar with how to get the most out of them but this one baffles me and I can't find any sort of helpful tutorials or explanations. You can't just scan your receipt? You have to endless scroll until you may or may not find a brand that counts or scan all your merchandise to see if they count? There are dollars back but also points? What are the points for? And there are confusing tasks? 😳
