changed my card a few day before pay. got a late fee and a call because apparently i had to call customer support to update instead of on app :(

it's a great place to rent furniture and other stuff that you might need, the staff is great and very friendly and one last thing, great prices

Now they add heavy fees if you're late with payment and charge you if they visit your home for payment. Too much and won't be using the again after im done paying off this merchandise. People are already struggling and they tack on 2 heavy fees for ridiculous stuff. Late fee sure, but in home visit, be for real. You choose to drive out to my house and have the nerve to charge for it. Never miss a month and only late cuz of maternity leave and on reduced pay. I don't recommend them.
