1st time ordering - it says delivery in 3 hours, after paying it says next day delivery. Apparently it's my fault - I had to press a special button or something. After talking to 3 customer service people I learn they will not correct it for me but will cancel the order instead. Then I find out getting a refund is an even bigger pain. After 30 minutes on the phone (at my expense) they told me to write to their line account instead. 30 minutes after that, still no response.

Unfortunately i was quite disappointed with the delivery of this app. At first they were 2 hours late from the stated slot. Then when the delivery arrived i've been told that I can't pay with cash which was very inconvenient and surprised me because i was never warned about it. Also when i tried to fill the card info to pay everything was in thai although i switched app language to English, which added difficulty and time to pay the delivery.

Unfortunately, even when the app is working it's clumsy and not designed for customers. Every time the app is updated, the user experience is lowered and usage diminished. The biggest compliant I have is the fact if you order for delivery, you MUST PAY IN ADVANCE. I have ordered in the past (6 times) and not ONE order has been complete. Not only is your order shorted from items needed for restaurant, but now you must wait for makro to issue a refund, taking up to two weeks in my experience.
