1st time ordering - it says delivery in 3 hours, after paying it says next day delivery. Apparently it's my fault - I had to press a special button or something. After talking to 3 customer service people I learn they will not correct it for me but will cancel the order instead. Then I find out getting a refund is an even bigger pain. After 30 minutes on the phone (at my expense) they told me to write to their line account instead. 30 minutes after that, still no response.

The delivery service is not reliable. The delivery slots in the app is just for show and never deliver items on time. Do not tell me to put feedback or queries on your Line channel and phone line. It is useless as well.

scam app! delivery same day means maybe in a few days you might get your order or maybe not... the app looks nice but the service is very poor! If you try to call them no one picks-up and if you message on line app no one responds. what a poorly run business.
