It's great 99% of the time. Then one day it won't accept your pin. Then the app locks you out. Then you try to get in with user name and password. Then app still doesn't work so you try to reset password. Get all the info in except date of birth and can't because there is no way to enter it. Then you go to the bank and then told no one knows how to do it. They give you a phone number and told to call it. During the week they are apparently closed when I have an opportunity to call. Email no help

Love the app for paying bills but... When they updated their website a new password was required, I attempted to reset MULTIPLE times following the requirements listed. I tried contacting the bank and had difficulty getting a response. Turns out the requirements are incorrect; I feel the bank should have contacted its customers with the correct information instead of waiting for customers to contact them for assistance.

I had the same problem as James Hall describes in his review. Only difference is that right before I went to the bank to ask for help, I tried a couple more times "just in case". First two attempts claimed my account number was invalid. Third attempt miraculously worked and I was able to do what I needed to. Very frustrating.
