Simon Connect® is a unique app to aid the communication between shopping center management and retailers and the wider community of Simon.
Employees and managers from stores or restaurants, within participating Simon properties, that create a free account within Simon Connect can:

1. Access all the latest news and events at their centers
2. Get amazing special offers and discounts for other stores in the shopping center
3. Request assistance from the center management team by opening up work/support tickets
4. Have instant access to important documents and contact information
5. Receiving security briefings and critical alerts about situations that unfold at the center
6. Participate in various surveys and feedback collection efforts that strive to ever-improve the shopping experience for everyone

NOTE: Currently there are 43 participating centers that Simon Connect applies to, so please check to see if your centers is supported.

Ratings and reviews

Doesn't work as intended. Had to rely on the social media pages for updates because the app crashed and won't allow me to sign back in. The main time everyone needs information, the notification badge showed there was a message but when going to the app it went straight to login even though I just checked the app 2 hours prior. Password reset is linked to my work email which can't be accessed unless I'm at work so no access basically. Picking through subcategories to get info too is too long.

Messaging, Notifications are not good. It doesn't do what we were told it would do. the things it can do, it doesn't do them well. it is as if a year 1 web designer built an app with alot of bugs that need fixing. Great pitch for driving hits, but Simon has other apps for that. They work great! There needs to be a bigger focus on fixing this. To bad Simon is only using this broken thing to communicate.

Our mall management made us download this app and are making it the only way any employees can get information, but none of it actually notifies anyone, even if they signed up to get notifications. Unless you manually sign in to look at the news, nothing is shown to you otherwise. Have already had several instances where there were serious emergencies in the mall where my fiance and I work, and we're told nothing. Our mall management is also incredibly incompetent, which may also not help.
