Notes count as first response? How do we use notes to meet the first response target? Edit: dropped to 1 star, no response from developer and also line breaks in the emails are missing on the recipients end.
Ok When logged in as a requester the new request button comes and goes as you switch between filters. We can't let our users have access to this yet until it's fixed.
It's not bad I can view my requests fine, but that's not to say the app is flawless. It could be wherever is handling my requests, but the app refuses to update unless I switch from wireless to cell or vice versa.
