About this app

The Play Cloud Services team developed an in-house application for Android and iOs mobile phones so that all our partners and web, cloud and domain service customers can quickly, easily and most importantly exclusively have the ability to have an overview of their services, without having to be in front of a computer or laptop screen.
This feature is provided exclusively by PCS since no other domain registrar, or web hosting or cloud service provider has developed a corresponding application for its services.
What does using the application offer you:
- Portability. From your mobile screen you have the ability to check your services at a glance.
- Check expiration dates and status of domain names.
- Check expiration dates and status of cloud services.
- Check and view transaction and payment documents
- Access messages and announcements
- Access the application's knowledge base
- Check and edit profiles
- Add or remove members to the account
- Check, add or remove payment methods, monitor account balance and credits
- Check, add or remove contacts
- Check and monitor e-mails sent from the platform
- Submit new support requests directly from the application, or monitor those you have submitted from the WEB
As we mentioned before, the application was created with your convenience and better service in mind. Therefore, if you have any comments for improvement or in relation to the proper functioning of the application, we would be happy to hear your comments. We would like to ask you to be lenient with your criticism on the Play store and App store as, as you understand, the application is not commercial in nature, nor are advertisements displayed.
