Was signed out of the app mid-consult while trying to take a picture of the medical issue that my NP had requested. When I signed back in, the app became very slow, which was frustrating. The medical professional I spoke to was great, and I feel confident that they helped to the best of their capability and knowledge.

I've used this service on and off for a few years for therapy and I don't recommend it. I've had multiple issues with their therapists ranging from transphobia, qualified licensing issues and inappropriate medical advice. Dealing with customer service is very difficult and the only recourse is to give you credit for another appt. I don't feel respected as neither a patient or consumer of this product. Stay away.

I was in queue for 2 hours then you guys logged me off my account for 'inactivity'. I lost my place in queue. I then logged back on, waited for a few more hours only to have my appointment be cancelled due to high volume. This has been an occurring problem for at least a year where Maple cannot handle the volume. Incompetent.
