Completely unhelpful. I did reach out to customer support and they did nothing. Doctors seem to care more about rushing through a consult rather than properly diagnosing. Often seems they are guessing because their diagnoses are often contradictory and their reasoning does not add up. I wouldn't recommend unless you just need a prescription refill, in which case it's very overpriced.

slow service, been in queue for 3 hours, and for the last 90 minutes it has a an estimated wait of 2 minutes. Online chat is useless, and no way to even find out if I am going to interact with an actual person any time soon. I suspect the 'paying' customers get preference over the ones in the queue through NS Health (which I am certain they also get paid for).

I have used Maple on-demand 3 times now. their medical professionals are knowlegable, professional, but also caring. My wait time was very short, actually texting with a NP within 20 minutes of requesting an appointment. All three visits required a prescription, which was sent to my pharmacy of choice promptly. When I can't get in to see my family doctor, Maple is an excellent option!
