This app is not "free" for me and many others. My working colleague opened up his maple app and I opened mine only to see that the home page is different from the two apps which are exactly the same download. He gets free service and I and many others don't. There should be clear instructions but they don't exist. So frustrating!! I just reached out to Maple "virtual" help and the bot said it's because some people have secondary insurance which is attached to their Maple account. 👎

Health care providers they choose are uncaring at best. For something that has a hefty price tag on, you would expect the top care. Instead you're left with unanswered questions, irrelevant "diagnosis", no care plan and zero follow up. The pediatrics option is a total joke as well, where they really only have NP's attempting their hand at it. If you're in Canada, there are SO much better options out there for virtual providers that I would highly recommend seeking first.

As part of the eVisits program this has been a great time saver for me. However, the interface is mediocre at best and I need to do the same basic intake each and every time. The last few times I have used it, the wait time has been over 4 hours - but at least it's waiting in the comfort of my home instead of around a bunch of sick people at a walk-in.
