slow service, been in queue for 3 hours, and for the last 90 minutes it has a an estimated wait of 2 minutes. Online chat is useless, and no way to even find out if I am going to interact with an actual person any time soon. I suspect the 'paying' customers get preference over the ones in the queue through NS Health (which I am certain they also get paid for).

Took the app to have a quick appointment, but they said I needed an in person visit without any help with that. If I had access to an in person option, I would not have paid $95+taxes. If you have something minor and are interested at throwing $108 per month, go ahead. if not, keep looking, this ain't it.

The monthly payment is definitely worth it. I live in a remote location where the wait list for a family doctor has been a year+, a nurse practitioner, still on the waiting list after 7 months. This app, lets me avoid 12+ hours of waiting for basic healthcare. The care provided, has been exceptional. I am glad that I am able to pay for this service because I am not happy with the way the healthcare system has failed Canadians.
