Completely unhelpful. I did reach out to customer support and they did nothing. Doctors seem to care more about rushing through a consult rather than properly diagnosing. Often seems they are guessing because their diagnoses are often contradictory and their reasoning does not add up. I wouldn't recommend unless you just need a prescription refill, in which case it's very overpriced.

I very convenient app for refilling medications. I deal mostly with LPNs and they have access to my medical records. They were able to point out that I hadn't had bloodwork in over 3 years. I really appreciate their attention to detail.

pretty easy and straight forward to use, considering how complicated anything medicine related tends to be. was able to complete a prescription refill in about 20 minutes total (including downloading the app) instead of waiting two weeks to see my family physician.
