Ratings and reviews

Lately it updated to give wrong and even ridiculous walking route suggestions, especially how to get to metro. It doesn't take into account where the entrance(s) is and suggest to swim through a canal. Also for driving, UX of minimising and maximizing the window back is really bad, almost impossible to tap the tiny buttons while watching the traffic. Regretfully, degradation after a degradation.

Latest update contains as bug. The continue button doesn't work anymore when having multiple destinations planned out. It's not the cache, it's an actual bug in the latest update, a lot of people have the same issue and are complaining online. Please fix this. I'm a taxi driver and I need this functionality. I removed all updates in order for it to work again. I dont want to have to do this. it's ridiculous that a bug like this made it into production from a billion dollar company.

App is crashing, freezing, and unresponsive. This happens almost after every trip I use the navigation with. The worthless support of Google has the only "solution" to clear cache and data. Which is putting a bandaid on an open bleeding wound. It does not help and is no fix if you need to do this every time you use the app. Fix you app Google!
