Ratings and reviews

The fastest way to get back to the initial state from active navigation, search results etc. is closing and reopening the app. The alternative is spamming the "back" button countless times. Public transit info is too cluttered and frequently causes missed connections just because it's so unintuitive to find the actually relevant info.

Google Maps is preinstalled and cannot be removed. You cannot choose to avoid a certain road (e.g if it is closed, or if you simply don't like it). When sending a custom route from your PC to your phone where you avoid such roads, it is simply ignored on your phone and the "shortest" route is given. Works okay otherwise, but not very usable around here.

Usually good, but is annoying when asking to continue on configured route! It is a huge pain when driving on motorcyle. Have to stop driving, put off gloves and press continue on the smartphone. If that gets improved with a feature like auto continue on reached stop, I would give 5 stars! EDIT from 26.04.2023: Navigation by walking is broken in the inner city of Mainz Germany, it let's you walk anywhere but not to the target... Pretty annoying, can't use it there! Just looking to the map helps!
