Poorly thought out software and hardware integration. The idea of wireless on/off/volume of a white noise machine is great, especially for those with babies who sleep with white noise. However Bluetooth connectivity is very unreliable and many times it is disconnected when I want to turn on or off, and I must re-pair, which takes time and must be present. Also, only one phone can control at a time, presumably due to Bluetooth. Not convenient for two-parent operations. Using Android & iPhone.

Since the last update (July2023), app doesn't work on my Galaxy Note9. Takes forever to connect - not worth the time. Also - whoever thought it was a good idea to have the "forget device" button pop up in the same place as the power button when it takes so long that the app thinks connecting is hopeless, should be fired. I just disconnected my app from the device while trying to turn it on for my kid's nap. Seriously, thanks for nothing.

This app used to be great. Now, I have a major issue. The app stopped recognizing my device, and then, it seems to have reset so my device is no longer saved with its schedule. BUT... It gets worse. The noise machine is still going on and off on the schedule set previously. I can't change it, and I can't re-pair the device either. I'm holding down the power button on the machine, and the app just isn't recognizing it the way it did before. This is terrible!
