Fare isn't transferable so you'll need to purchase a pass instead of adding fare. The app asks for a lot of personal, identifiable information, and you cannot use it for virtual transactions nor add the card to your mobile wallet. Customer service is clueless but I'd still give it a shot just to note it for the record. Update: most of these issues were reconciled but the transfer system is different, consequently, increasing the average fare rate. It varies and is circumstantial.

Why is cash being used before trips!!! The old system only used cash if there were no trips available. I disabled autoload for now because of this. Have not used the app for purchases yet but observed some features missing that I would like to see. There's no way to do the following: - Set notification when low on trips. - cannot use the app to pay fare (no barcode) - cannot auto load trips, however, auto loading cash is great as a backup when unexpectedly out of trips.

Horrible! Fraudulent! All the ads posted say you can pay just using credit/debit/mobile wallet. This is incorrect! The old app allowed that but this new app FORCES you to purchase a physical card and link it to the app before you can add money. You can no longer use the bus without buying a physical card. This is despicable and a complete waste of taxpayer money. They literally made the service worse.
