BioHack Track is the all-in-one tracker for anyone running a structured peptide, supplement, or medication protocol — built for people who want pharmacist-level detail without the spreadsheet.
PLAN IT
Build a dosing schedule once: daily, specific weekdays (with per-day times), every-X-days, or as-needed. Set up on/off cycling (e.g. 8 weeks on, 4 off) or a multi-phase titration plan — different doses, compounds, breaks — that loops automatically. Injection sites rotate so you never hit the same spot twice.
LOG IT
Mark doses complete from Today, log an extra dose on the fly, or backfill history. Every injectable dose shows exactly how far to pull a U-100 insulin syringe — in red, right where you log — and doses record the real time you took them. Tag side effects as you go, then edit or delete anything later: doses, check-ins, blood pressure, even labs.
TRACK IT
A real pharmacokinetic chart estimates what's in your system right now from each compound's half-life — switchable between a log scale and %-of-last-dose so microdoses and 12 mg compounds stay readable side by side. Set a goal weight and/or body fat % and watch a live progress bar with estimated time-to-goal. Layer weight, heart-rate trends (resting HR, HRV, VO₂ Max), symptoms, and labs against dose markers to see what's correlated. Streaks and daily challenges keep consistency visible.
STOCK IT
Inventory tracks vials, pills, concentration, reconstitution, remaining mL or count, brand, vendor, lot and cost per dose — and vials can be labeled in mg or IU (HGH, hCG), with stock, cost, and syringe math that understands both and never silently converts. A reconstitution calculator does the BAC water math both directions. Schedule cards show a live vial fill level and doses left; smart reorder alerts warn you before you run out.
LABS & BIOLOGICAL AGE
Import labs as PDF, CSV, or a whole portal .zip at once (Quest, Labcorp and more) with duplicate protection. Track 400+ recognized markers against reference ranges, chart trends, and get retest reminders. Add your date of birth and BioHack Track estimates your Biological Age from your bloodwork using the published PhenoAge method.
BODY & CYCLE
Log smart-scale body composition — muscle, bone and fat-free mass, body water, visceral fat, BMR, metabolic age — by hand, from Health Connect, or from a Renpho/Withings/Eufy CSV. Track measurements and daily check-ins, take progress photos in-app with review-and-retake, and compare before/after. An optional menstrual cycle tracker projects your phases against your protocol.
SHOW YOUR DOCTOR
Generate a clean PDF summary of your protocols, labs, weight, side effects, and dose history. A financial report breaks down spend and cost-per-outcome. Export any dataset as CSV.
BACK IT UP
One tap writes a complete .biohackbackup file — every record, every setting, and your photos and COAs included. Restore it on any device with Merge (safe to run twice, never duplicates) or Replace (exact snapshot). Optional Google sign-in adds cross-device sync.

What’s new
